RE: Graham Beaufill To whom it may concern I have found Graham Beaufill extremely helpful and professional when dealing with the sale of our Dairy Farm in Waikite Valley. Graham showed complete integrity throughout the whole process and was very honest with his thoughts of the sale. Although the sale was a new experience for us, Graham communicated well and there were no aspects of the sale that were of surprise to us. I have no doubts that Graham is “one of the best in this industry” and feel very satisfied with the outcomes achieved. Yours sincerely Rosslyn Finnerty

To whom it may concern: We recently engaged Tracy and Graham Beaufill to sell out property at Sunnex Rd. We contacted Graham and Tracy Beaufill to handle the marketing process for us and right from the start we felt comfortable with their very professional approach and sound advice right throughout the marketing plan. At no time did we feel pressured in any way and good logical reasons were presented for any decisions that were made during the open home stages and right up to the Auction process and subsequent negotiations. We would both like to thank Graham and Tracy for their sensitive and friendly execution for our sale. - Doug Lambert & Judith Swinn

To whom it may concern, We enlisted the services of Graham Beaufill to sell our farm in Waikite in 2013. We found Graham to be very good to work with. He was always respectful of both ourselves and the buyers he brought to the farm and was tactful but honest with buyer feedback. He always made himself available to answer our questions or returned our calls as soon as possible. Graham planned a strategic marketing plan that met both the need to get the farm out into the marketplace and our intended budget. The farm was well marketed and we felt we had good response to the ads placed. Following the sale of our farm, Graham changed firms but still returned to us at the takeover date and met with us and the purchasers to make sure we were all happy with the changeover. We felt this was beyond what was required of him and we appreciated his loyalty. We do not hesitate in recommending Graham Beaufill as a Real Estate agent to market dairy farms and if we chose to sell again, and he was in our area, we would approach him again. Yours sincerely Graham & Avril

To Whom it may concern We recently sought to sell our dairy unit and entrusted the selling process to the sales team at PGG Wrightson. We met with Tony, Paul and Graham who then put a plan of auction forward. They detailed the process with marketing and the strategy that we felt would suit our time frames. Having not been through a selling process such as this before we were assisted during the campaign with market feed back from both private inspections and open days. On the auction day we set our reserve with positive assistance and once the auction took place we realised a favourable result and sold the farm at auction.Overall we are happy to recommend the team that worked together for our benefit. - Regards Karen and Cam Gray

We decided to take our farm to market with PGG Wrightson Real Estate as we wanted to sell it as a going concern, with stock and farm machinery included. With their livestock and other divisions, they were better equipped to do that than any other real estate company. We decided to go to auction because it was likely to give us the best price on the day, with only genuine people taking an interest, not leaving us waiting on a conditional sale and subject to the other party arranging finance. On auction day, when the bidding stopped, although it was close to the price we wanted, it wasn’t quite there. We realised we only had one chance, so we dug our toes in. After two and a half hours of discussion and haggling, all done through the auctioneer, we managed to reach agreement. Although it was a high stress experience, all parties were satisfied with the result. We were really happy with Graham, the salesperson working on our behalf. He went the extra mile and we could can see why he has all those certificates on his wall. As for Sloane, the auctioneer, as far as marketing properties through auction is concerned, we reckon he is the best in New Zealand. Between them, they did an outstanding job and we gave them both 100 per cent top marks for what they did for us. - Mr & Mrs Renshaw
